The driver, Paul Brown, was very nice and friendly. We could not have got a better person to take us and our students on our field trip. He is a very safe and cautious driver, always aware of what’s going on around the bus while in motion. The bus was very clean as well. It was an amazing trip, Mr. Terry was very nice. My daughter really responded well to him. I didn’t even know she knew his name until this morning when we were about to leave when she said, is Mr. Terry going to leave us. I laughed and said no baby Mr. Terry is not going to leave us. She had a fun time on the bus and she even laughed at his jokes. He made a very long trip very pleasant and fun. The bus was clean, tv worked, bathroom clean, best thing was the bus had plugs so we could charge devices.
The bus driver, Mr. Brown got us to our destination and back safely. He arrived two hours early to pick us up which was a plus as well as waited to pick us up early. We enjoyed our bus ride- very smooth. Mr. Brown was dependable, punctual, and helpful to the riders. We will definitely use Colonial again in the future.
Colonial Trailways was the charter bus we used for our tour. The bus was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great day with Ray, our driver for our tour group.
